Quick patties for when you’re short on time or don’t know what to cook. (And if you’re already at it, make some extra and freeze!)
1 can of tuna (preferably in water)
Seasoning: whatever you fancy – dill, red pepper, onion, etc.
Salt and pepper
Fat for frying (butter, tallow, coconut oil)
What to do:
Drain the tuna as much as possible.
Chop dill/red pepper/onion or whatever you’ve chosen as seasoning.
Mix all ingredients (except the fat) in a bowl.
Form patties with your hands or with two spoons, and fry on both sides.
